Our listing preparation consultations are designed to help homeowners present their property at its absolute best before going to market. The process begins with an in-person walk through, where we assess the home through a buyer’s lens. Following the visit, you’ll receive a detailed, customized report outlining strategic recommendations to complete prior to listing.
Recommendations may include furniture placement and room flow, paint colour guidance, decluttering\ and editing suggestions, lighting enhancements, and styling opportunities to elevate each space. The goal is to highlight the home’s strengths, improve overall presentation, and ensure the property feels polished, inviting, and market-ready.
The cost of the listing prep consultation is $350.
Our Listing Preparation + Interior Staging service offers a comprehensive, hands on approach to preparing your home for market. This service includes everything outlined in our listing prep consultation, along with the necessary staging to fully execute the preferred vision for the property.
Following an in-person walkthrough and strategic assessment, we curate and install staging elements designed to enhance scale, flow, and visual impact throughout the home. This may include furniture placement or replacement, layered lighting, styling accessories, and thoughtful adjustments that help define spaces and highlight architectural features. Each decision is made with buyer appeal in mind.
Staging is tailored to the unique needs of each property, and pricing is quoted based on the scope and scale of staging required.
Schedule a personalized home visit with us. During this site visit, we will tour your property and delve into the specifics of your project. During the consultation we will take notes filled with our expert advice, evaluations, and strategic suggestions to meet your goals. The consultation fee is $400 + HST, for the first hour. For clients who require more than a single consultation, we offer flexible, customized support based on the scope of the project. This may include sourcing furnishings and fixtures, curating finishes, managing budgets, placing and tracking orders, and providing project coordination and styling along the way.
